The skills and goals achieved while working in a Community Based Non-Profit Organization Project aimed to prevent HIV/AIDS among transgender youth include: effectively supervised staff, presented fulfilled scheduled reports of program objectives, created staff meetings, managed monthly schedules, oversaw project branding. Also had the opportunity to organize activities to fulfill program goals such as focal groups (transcripts), evaluations, outreach work and the full deployment of Effective Based Interventions such as SISTA. Successfully developed online presence by creating the projects webpage and developed a Youtube campaign complemented with the latest online social network tools such as Twitter and Facebook to help increase the knowledge of the project among its targeted population.
